Map Contest

Are you a Far Cry fan that loves creating in-game maps? Enter the Far Cry 2 map editor contest for the opportunity to show off your skills and win some fantastic prizes!

To enter the contest, create a Far Cry 2 map (Xbox 360 or PC), paying special attention to playability, graphics, visual appearance, map complexity and customization, and detail compared to the original map.  Make sure to name your map in this format: iGAMES_ShowcaseCenterName_EntrantName.

Submit your map and entry form to a local iGames FarCry2 Xbox 360 or PC showcase center by November 14, 2008. Other Far Cry 2 gamers will get the chance to play and rate your map.  Your community rating, along with judging scores on the following criteria, will determine the winners of these fantastic prizes:

1st - NVIDIA GeForce 9800 GT 512 MB DDR3
6 Ubisoft 2008 games (PC, Xbox 360, or PS3)

Due to an incredible increase in business (this is a good thing, btw...) after August 12th and 14th we will be switching Rockband & Guitar Hero III FREE tournaments to monthly events.

Guitar Hero III Tournament will now be the 3rd Tuesday and Rock Band will be the 3rd Thursday of every month.

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate the increased traffic of the events and our business traffic at this time.

Our 2600sq ft expansion will be complete by October which will allow us to offer more of these events without effecting normal traffic and hitting our occupancy limits.
